We are a reputable Content Management Agency dedicated to providing comprehensive support and guidance to creators in the dynamic online entertainment industry. Your Responsibilities:

Primary Role: is as a messenger/ chat support on OF. You will be required to manage accounts at once during your shift times. You will need to also obtain “Pay Per View” messages off of the “Fans” of the clients who you are managing.


Secondary Role:
Schedule Regular Posts with captions to create engagement
Organise Daily Blasts to go out
Create PPV Menus to assist in generating earnings
Actively engage in conversations with fans and subscribers


Conversation Skills & Tasks: You will need to become proficient at “The art of finesse”, meaning how to communicate with the customers to perform the marketing service required, through your English typing ability. To assist with this you will need to know how to use ChatGPT to ensure your conversations are as enticing and persuasive as possible.


Flexible Working Hours: This role involves split shifts and is not a standard 9-to-5 position. You will need to be available during designated hours to accommodate the needs of clients in different time zones.


Spreadsheet Management: Proficiently manage spreadsheets to organize and track earnings, notes and updates, and other relevant information.

Industry Familiarity: Comfortably navigate and work in the online entertainment industry, adhering to the confidentiality and professionalism required in this unique field.

Prior Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent written proficiency in English, and the ability to understand spoken English, to effectively communicate with creators and internal stakeholders.


Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, prioritise multiple accounts at once, and respond quickly to messages on OF accounts.


Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably involving customer support or online communications. As well as dealing with directives from management when needed.
