Creative Virtual Assistant for a Feel-Good Snack Brand (Social Media, Canva, Video Editing)

Hi! I’m Van - I’m a former Michelin-star sous chef/ ultra high profile private chef and the founder of Poshie N?shie, a Palm Beach-based snack brand redefining indulgence.
We make gluten-free, less than 1G sugar cookies that are gut-friendly, satisfying, and made with real ingredients — but Poshie Noshie is more than a product. We’re here to help people heal their relationship with food, make joyful nourishment accessible, and empower parents, fitness lovers, and everyday snackers to indulge without the crash.

As I prepare to launch, I’m looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant to help bring this mission to life across our visual platforms.

???? You’ll Support With:
• Designing Canva templates for Instagram (grid layout, product posts, quotes, etc.)
• Editing Reels or videos (CapCut or Canva editor)
• Uploading and organizing content (Google Drive, IG drafts, Tiktok, Facebook)
• Formatting captions and helping schedule posts
• Updating visuals and copy on Shopify or Wix (no coding needed)
• Helping maintains brand consistency across touchpoints

? You’re a Great Fit If:
• You have experience with Canva, IG layout, and video editing (CapCut is great!), social media management/ marketing.
• Build and manage Ecommerce/ Shopify
• Graphic design, logo, promotion flies.
• You care about food, wellness, or making a positive impact through branding
• You’re independent, detail-oriented, purpose- driven, collaborative, and organized
• Organize Google Drive folders for content
• You believe in building brands with heart, honesty, and intention

• 5–8 hours/week to start. Will increase overtime
• Remote • Flexible schedule
• Starting rate: $3-5/hour USD
• Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise
• Opportunity to grow with the brand over time
