I’m looking for a highly skilled and reliable video editor + social media manager to help me take my content to the next level.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
• Obsessed with storytelling, retention, and visuals
• Knows how to edit fast-paced, engaging YouTube videos
• Understands the importance of THUMBNAILS + TITLES
• Can also cut and repurpose daily short-form clips (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Has strong communication and loves improving systems

ABOUT ME & MY CONTENT

I am a content creator + coach in the fitness, mindset, and lifestyle transformation space.
My content includes:
• Motivational monologues
• Fitness & training breakdowns
• Nutritional/plant-based content
• Occasional lifestyle content
• Raw, powerful, no-fluff energy

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edit 3 long-form YouTube video/week (10–20 mins)
• Edit and post 1–2 short-form videos daily across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Write compelling, SEO optimized titles (with or without AI help)
• Design scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails
• Upload and schedule across platforms
• Pull viral clips from long-form content to repurpose for shorts

PAY + TRIAL
• $444/month USD
• 30-day paid trial period (we’re testing each other)
• Potential raise after proven results and consistency
