Sarah’s Spanish School provides online Spanish (and other language) programs to U.S. schools. Hundreds of public, private, and Catholic schools already use our programs to offer high-quality language instruction—without hiring new teachers.

We’ve sent direct mail, emails, brochures, and phone outreach to 15,000+ school leaders. Many already know us. Now we need you to follow up and help get them booked for a short discovery call with our team.

???? YOUR MAIN GOAL
Book qualified Zoom calls with U.S. school decision-makers (principals, superintendents, curriculum directors) who’ve already received marketing from us.

???? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Call school principals and curriculum directors across the U.S starting at 6:30-7:00am CST

Send follow-up emails using pre-written templates

Log calls and update contact info and status in our CRM (ActiveCampaign + ---------- )

Re-engage leads who received our direct mail, email, or brochures

Handle objections politely and confidently

Leave high-quality voicemails and follow-ups if no answer

Communicate daily with our Customer Success Manager to track results and align on goals

? MUST-HAVE QUALITIES
Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or North American-sounding accent

Clear, confident, and personable phone presence (professional but friendly)

Able to build trust quickly with school principals and administrators

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Reliable internet and quiet home office

Strong work ethic and takes initiative without needing constant supervision

Comfortable working U.S. hours
