What You’ll Do:
- Generate Leads: Implement effective social media strategies to attract and convert new clients.
- Account Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure their satisfaction. Manage current accounts and owned businesses effectively.
- Content Creation:
Work with the team to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and boosts brand visibility.
- Track Results:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates on your achievements and insights for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in social media marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in tools like Go High Level and design platforms such as Canva.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission Based: Within the first 90 days you can earn more than 25% on revenue generated from your accounts, with a structured tiered payment plan:
- 10%-14% commission for sales between $1,001 and $5,000
- 15%-20% for sales between $5,001 and $10,000
- 25% (+) for sales exceeding $10,001 in any pay period

*Average invoice for services is $800-$1500

- Bi-Weekly Payments: Enjoy consistent and timely payments for your peace of mind.
- Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses while training, as well as for meeting or exceeding quarterly goals and achieving high client satisfaction scores.
