Hi! I’m Ernie Braveboy, the owner of Maryland HVAC Repair, a growing heating and cooling company based in the U.S. I’m looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage CRM tasks, social media, content creation, and customer follow-ups.

???? Responsibilities:

Manage and organize our GoHighLevel CRM (training available)

Create and schedule content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Design simple flyers and materials using Canva

Assist with Facebook and Google Ads (optional, we can train)

Follow up with leads and schedule appointments

Ask satisfied customers for Google reviews

? Requirements:

Experience as a VA or similar role

Strong communication skills (written/spoken English)

Knowledge of Canva and willingness to learn GoHighLevel

Organized, dependable, and tech-comfortable

Quiet work environment and reliable internet

Experience in HVAC or home service industries
