We are a UK-based eBay store looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to join our growing team long-term. Your main tasks will be to create listings, manage customer messages, and help keep everything organised and efficient.

You will receive item photos via Google Drive along with SKUs. Your job is to create professional listings, research prices, assign categories, and ensure accuracy across all fields.

If you’re sharp, consistent, and serious about the work, we’ll treat you like family and reward you over time. If you cut corners or disappear without communication, you’ll be replaced immediately.

???? Responsibilities:
• List ~100+ items per week using Vendoo and/or eBay directly
• Research pricing using eBay sold listings or Terapeak
• Choose the correct category, shipping profile, and item specifics
• Write clear, honest product descriptions (templates or fresh)
• Upload and edit photos if needed (basic cleanup)
• Handle buyer messages, offers, and issue reporting
• Communicate DAILY via Trello or ----------

? Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year eBay experience
• Familiar with eBay UK preferred
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Drive, Trello/ ----------
• Positive OnlineJobs.ph profile with strong feedback
• Self-starter, reliable, and willing to ask questions when stuck
