Virtual Social Media Assistant Wanted – Travel Brand ??

Are you passionate about social media? Love creating scroll-stopping content and capturing the spirit of travel through video and design? We’re looking for someone with creativity, consistency, and a love for building beautiful, strategic content that aligns with a luxury travel brand.

Elite Destinations by Jamie, a boutique U.S.-based travel agency, is seeking a Virtual Social Media Assistant to help elevate our online presence through high-quality, engaging content.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
– Creating 2 social media posts per day:
?• 1 Reel (on-trend, travel-focused, visually captivating)
?• 1 Carousel post (destinations, tips, or storytelling content)
– Posting daily Instagram/Facebook stories
– Designing & scheduling content at least one month in advance using tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite (or similar)
– Writing and sending 1 email campaign per week (Mailchimp preferred)
– Light engagement with followers to support organic growth and reach

What We’re Looking For:
– Strong experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, email marketing)
– Ability to create original and on-brand content that fits our tone: luxury, lighthearted, stress-free, and inspiring
– Creative, upbeat energy that reflects a passion for travel
– Highly organized and able to meet deadlines without supervision
– Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar tools)
– Bonus: Familiarity with or love for the travel industry
