• Affinity Suite (Publisher, Designer, Photo) OR
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design professional recipe books and culinary eBooks
• Create recipe cards with consistent formatting and layout
• Design workshop handouts and educational materials
• Create engaging product brochures and marketing materials
• Design appealing lead magnets and downloadable freebies
• Develop visually stunning educational content
• Edit and optimize product photography
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials
• Ensure precise formatting and consistent design elements
• Proactively suggest design improvements and creative solutions

ATTENTION TO DETAIL REQUIRED:
We are looking for someone who works with extreme precision and consistency:
• Maintaining identical spacing and margins across all designs
• Using consistent font sizes and typography throughout projects
• Creating standardized templates (e.g., recipe cards that look identical)
• Ensuring perfect alignment and uniform design elements
• Following strict brand guidelines and design standards
• Recipe books and cards must have consistent formatting throughout

CREATIVE INITIATIVE EXPECTED:
We need someone who takes ownership and brings ideas to the table:
• Proactively suggests design improvements and creative solutions
• Takes initiative to enhance existing materials without being asked
• Comes up with creative ideas for layouts, color schemes, and visual elements
• Anticipates design needs and proposes solutions
• Works independently without requiring detailed instructions for every task
• Shows creative problem-solving skills when facing design challenges

Required Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in EITHER:
Affinity Suite: Publisher, Designer, Photo OR
Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with digital publication formats and recipe book layouts
• Understanding of layout principles and typography
• Proficiency in using translation tools and ChatGPT (all content is in German)
• Good English communication skills for regular project discussions
• Ability to work with German content using translation tools
• Strong eye for detail and consistency
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Communication Requirements:
• Must be available for regular communication via WhatsApp
• Ability to discuss projects, ask questions, and provide updates
• Responsive communication style for smooth collaboration
• Comfortable with voice messages and text communication
• Proactive in sharing ideas and suggestions
