Job Summary
As a Charity Outreach Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals, encouraging them to sign up for our charity deployments. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and ensuring our missions are well-supported by passionate volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective volunteers and supporters.
Clearly explain the purpose and benefits of our charity deployments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and responses using spreadsheets.
Follow up with interested individuals and answer any questions they may have.
Report regularly to the outreach coordinator with updates and feedback.

Essential Criteria
Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Quiet and distraction-free environment suitable for making professional calls.
Own computer and headset suitable for high-quality voice calls.
Reliable internet connection to support uninterrupted communication.

Desirable Criteria
Familiarity with the Muslim faith and community values.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or outreach roles.
