Job Overview:
We are a German e-commerce brand looking for a self-driven and experienced supply chain professional to manage purchasing operations, order monitoring, and supplier communication – primarily with partners in Pakistan, as well as Turkey, India, and China.
Important: This role is not suitable for beginners or data entry profiles. We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record in demand planning, purchasing, and international supplier coordination.
You will take full ownership of purchase orders from planning to delivery, ensure efficient communication with suppliers/agents, and proactively manage timelines, risks, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and merge sales & stock data to plan order quantities (Excel-based)
Define and suggest reorder points to prevent overstock/understock
Monitor open purchase orders from placement to delivery
Actively follow up with suppliers/agents regarding shipments and deadlines
Manage claims and complaints (delays, shortages, quality issues)
Consolidate shipments where possible to reduce costs and lead times
(Optional) Support sourcing and evaluation of new textile suppliers in Pakistan
Report weekly updates and KPIs to management
Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, forecasting logic)
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Strong follow-up and communication skills across time zones
Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or textile sourcing

Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
Remote work, flexible hours
Salary: $600/month (negotiable for strong experience)
