Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager – ASEAN Region
Location: Manila, Philippines
Department: Marketing / Growth
Reports to: Regional Lead



About the Role

We’re looking for an agile and culturally tuned-in Social Media Marketing Manager to drive regional social strategy and influencer-led campaigns for our global mobile gaming titles across the ASEAN region. You’ll be responsible for sourcing micro-influencers, managing paid social programs like TikTok Spark Ads, and helping tailor campaigns to key user segments throughout the region.

You’ll bring a deep understanding of local platforms, trends, and player behaviors to help define and deliver campaigns that grow reach, engagement, and installs.



Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Marketing

Source and build partnerships with micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook in ---------- markets.
Coordinate influencer deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal teams or agencies.
Launch and optimize TikTok Spark Ads using influencer content to boost reach and performance.
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per action (CPA), and cost per install (CPI) and report results to the broader marketing team.

Social Media Campaign Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to the region.
Help define and refine user segments and campaign targets based on player behavior, language, interests, or platform usage.
Align messaging and timing with in-game events, global marketing beats, and region-specific trends or holidays.

Performance & Reporting
Monitor key campaign KPIs including engagement, reach, CTR, cost per install (CPI), and influencer ROI.
Support continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Stay up to date on social media trends and algorithm changes to inform future content and ad strategy.


Requirements

2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or paid social, ideally within mobile gaming, tech, or youth-centric digital brands.
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Ads Manager, and Spark Ads.
Experience managing or supporting influencer campaigns, including briefing, approvals, and tracking performance.
Knowledge of ASEAN social media and cultural trends (e.g., gaming creators in Indonesia, ---------- formats in Philippines, platform usage in Singapore, etc.).
Strong communication and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.


Nice to Have

Background in Games and Entertainment or Educational industries.
Experience working in or marketing to multiple ASEAN markets.
Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
Basic creative editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) for mockups or quick turnaround needs.
