Freelancer Social Media Manager and Lead Magnet Designer

We are looking for someone to help us grow our social presence and increase leads.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation

Design eye-catching carousel posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Write and schedule engaging copy tailored to each platform

Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest A/B tests

Community Engagement

Draft and post discussion threads and promotional posts on Reddit, aligned with community rules

Respond promptly to comments and questions under supervision

Lead Magnet Design

Transform existing text materials (e-guides, whitepapers, blog posts) into polished PDF visuals

Apply consistent branding, typography, and layout best practices

Deliver print-ready and web-optimized files

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing social media carousels (portfolio links required)

Strong copywriting skills with tone-adaptability

Familiarity with Reddit culture and subreddit rules

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, or similar tools

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively

Bonus: basic analytics understanding (reach, engagement)
