Outreach VA

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Outreach Virtual Assistant with proven experience managing outreach for fitness coaches in the UK and US. You’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads, engaging potential clients through Instagram and other platforms, and booking sales calls for our fitness coaching business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct daily outreach via Instagram DMs and comments to ideal client profiles
-Warm up conversations and qualify leads based on specific criteria
-Book discovery or sales calls using scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly)
-Maintain and update tracking sheets or CRMs
-Assist with follow-ups and nurture sequences
-Report daily/weekly outreach performance
-Liaise with the team to improve scripts and messaging based on results

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of experience as a VA for fitness coaches (preferably UK and US clients)
-Excellent written English with UK/US grammar flexibility
-Strong understanding of Instagram engagement and DM strategy
-Familiarity with client avatars in the fitness and online coaching space
-Tech-savvy: able to use tools like Google Sheets, Instagram, Calendly, and CRM systems
-Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Comfortable working UK or US hours when needed

Preferred (but not essential):

-Experience with appointment setting
-Background in sales or lead generation
-Understanding of fitness coaching and transformation offers
