Seawards Home Improvement is a licensed, fast-growing general contractor in the U.S., specializing in painting, drywall, and bathroom remodeling. We’re now expanding our sales outreach to residential homeowners and condo developers — and we need YOU to help us make contact, qualify leads, and set appointments that close into high-paying jobs.
Your Responsibilities
Call, text, and
Qualify each lead using our scripts and criteria
Use GoHighLevel CRM to update lead info, book calendar events, and follow up automatically
Set on-site estimates for services like painting, drywall, bathroom remodels, and condo turnover inspections
Re-engage past leads using workflows or call/text sequences
Collaborate with our closers or field reps to close booked estimates

Spreadsheet trackers (Leads, Commissions, Bookings)
? Requirements
Fluent English speaker (no heavy accent, professional tone)
Confident and natural on the phone — this is a communication-heavy role
Highly organized and self-motivated
Experience using GoHighLevel (preferred but not required — must be coachable)
Sales or appointment setting experience (real estate, contractor, solar, or lead gen is a plus)
Stable internet, quiet workspace, headset

$5–$10/hour starting rate depending on experience
$30–$50 bonus for every confirmed appointment that leads to an on-site estimate
Future promotion to Commission Closer position (7–15% per closed job)
