We’re Hiring: Marketing Strategist / Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Percy Productivity is growing fast and we need a smart, strategic marketing brain to help fuel that growth.

We’re a purpose-led VA + OBM agency supporting Aussie tradies and service businesses. We’ve just launched a solar division, refined our offers, and built out a killer team.

Now we need someone to help us attract more of the right clients through clever content, paid ads, smart SEO (including LLM SEO), and better use of Generative AI.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Creating and executing marketing strategies across Percy Productivity

-Managing and repurposing content across social, email, and blog

-Running Meta and Google Ads with lead gen funnels in GoHighLevel

-Overseeing our (interim) website and driving SEO + LLM SEO (for AI-generated search)

-Using ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to streamline content, SEO, and marketing workflows


Must-Haves:

-3–5+ years in marketing strategy or content-led roles

-Proven use of Generative AI tools in your workflow

-Experience in service-based or B2B marketing (bonus if you’ve worked with tradies or impact-led brands)

-Hands-on with Meta/Google Ads, SEO, GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs), and reporting tools

-Smart, proactive, and can get sh*t done with minimal handholding
