Graphic Designer (YouTube thumbnails)

Looking for a graphic designer to join the creative team for a YouTube creator with over 1 Million subs.
Must be someone who is experienced in:
1. Lightroom/photoshop- including AI generation
2. Creating eye catching YouTube thumbnails
3. Editing aesthetic IG stories/cover photos

Must be able to turn around photos on a quick timeline. Please:
