We're hiring a detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to support a professional cleaning company based in Australia. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating office tasks, updating systems, scheduling, and supporting light marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
• Daily admin support, task tracking & system updates
• Assisting with reports & cleaning task logs
• Managing AroFlo for compliance, operations, and job coordination
• Using HubSpot for CRM and workflow updates
• Scheduling & posting on social media (Canva + Meta platforms)
• Supporting onboarding, recruitment, and NDIS compliance tasks
Must-Have Tools Experience:
AroFlo, HubSpot, Canva, MYOB (review only), MS Office or Google Workspace
Requirements:
• 4–5 years in admin/ops roles
• Trade or service industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, and independent
• Familiar with Australian workflows and remote team dynamics
