Embroidery Digitizing & Etsy Creative Assistant Wilcom Hatch & Illustrator

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 4 AM EST
(This will be flexible down the road)

While this role is focused on digitizing and Etsy creative work, you will initially be trained in Amazon product research and spend most of your time on that during the early phase. We are in the process of launching our Etsy embroidery shop and testing niche concepts, but our current operations are focused on Amazon online arbitrage (OA). OA involves finding profitable products on retail websites to resell on Amazon or Walmart. You’ll be trained in product sourcing using tools like Keepa and SellerAmp, while gradually transitioning into embroidery-related work.

Your future role will focus more on:

* Creating digitized embroidery files using Wilcom Hatch
* Preparing graphics in Adobe Illustrator
* Supporting Etsy listing creation and product mockups
* Contributing to niche and design research
* Etsy Seo

Requirements

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experienced in Wilcom Hatch (manual digitizing, underlay/pull comp, trims, small text handling)
* Skilled in Adobe Illustrator
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Time Doctor must be installed and active during your shift
* You must not currently work for another Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy seller
