About the Role:
We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to take ownership of a function previously led by the founder. This is a high-impact role with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape our next phase of growth. You will report directly to the founder and you will be an integral part of our team as we embark on the next phase of our growth.
The Amazon Brand Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of the company’s products on Amazon. This includes ensuring that all product listings are active, fully optimized, and compliant with Amazon’s policies. They will maintain excellent account health, open and monitor support cases as needed, and track sales performance through regular analysis of brand analytics, keyword ranking data, and market trends to make strategic recommendations. The Brand Manager will also identify, research, and assist with successfully launching new products, while ensuring that each product maintains strong profitability.

As the Amazon Brand Manager, you’ll be at the center of our Amazon channel success. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll actively shape strategy, uncover new growth opportunities, and lead execution across listings, performance, and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with our founder, creative, and operations teams to scale our impact and reach.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction
- Develop and execute product optimization plans that align with company revenue and profit goals and are scalable and repeatable.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth through split testing, gap analysis, and product performance audits.
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and make informed strategic adjustments that drive performance.
- Document and deliver clear execution plans that align with forecasted outcomes and business objectives.
- Maintain and regularly update SOPs and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across all processes.
Product Listing Optimization
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to maximize visibility.
- Ensure high-quality images and A+ Content that enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic ranking and search performance.
Catalog & Flat File Management
- Manage and update the Amazon catalog, ensuring all product data is accurate and up to date.
- Work with flat files for bulk uploads, troubleshooting listing issues, and making large-scale updates.
- Resolve variations, suppressed listings, and other catalog errors within Amazon Seller Central.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability metrics to optimize performance.
- Track keyword ranking, conversion rates, and customer reviews to drive strategic improvements.
- Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and third-party tools (Helium 10, Datadive, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, ensuring a steady supply of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely shipments and inventory availability.
- Manage Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Customer Engagement & Review Management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer reviews and manage negative feedback effectively.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high customer service standards to build brand loyalty and trust.
Competitor Analysis & Market Research
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities for Live Fraiche’s product line.
- Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry best practices to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
Compliance & Brand Protection
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, avoiding listing suspensions or penalties.
- Monitor and take action against hijackers, counterfeit products, and unauthorized resellers to protect brand integrity.
- Manage Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content, ensuring a strong brand presence and visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, or sciences) is preferred. Degrees in business, marketing, or communications will also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, catalog management, and account health.
Strong understanding of keyword research and Amazon SEO best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make data-driven, strategic decisions with minimal oversight.
Experience analyzing Amazon data and drawing actionable insights from reports, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to write or contribute to creative briefs and understand brand strategy and positioning.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with spreadsheets for data organization and analysis
Bonus
Experience managing DTC e-commerce brands and working with Amazon, Shopify, and retail expansion strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance metrics, and e-commerce analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
Any HTML, coding or website building experience
