JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and hard-working Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow the social media presence of our local home services business in Louisiana, USA. We offer services like lawn care, pressure washing, and general maintenance.

You will be in charge of:
• Creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, possibly TikTok and Nextdoor)
• Writing short, catchy captions
• Designing simple graphics in Canva (before/after images, service promos, seasonal posts)
• Monitoring comments and messages (optional)
• Organizing content and sending weekly updates

• Excellent written English
• Experience managing Instagram and Facebook pages
• Canva or graphic design experience
• Basic knowledge of social media strategy and engagement
• Reliable internet and communication
• Willing to learn about our brand, voice, and community

???? Work Schedule:
• Part-time (5–10 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule, but some availability during U.S. daytime hours is preferred

• $4–$7 USD/hour depending on experience
• Paid via Wise or PayPal
• Bonuses available for great performance
