Professional Graphic Designer for Startup Marketing Agency...

I am the owner of a social media marketing agency, named Mountain Marketing. Although still small (2 employees and myself), we are growing rapidly!

In the States there is a gap, if you will, in marketing services which are available. The first kind that is available is very, very, expensive. By expensive I mean around $3,000-$6,000 a month. The other kind is very cheap, around $100 a month, and well offers very poor marketing.

We have found a “niche” right in the middle of those two costs, and what we charge all depends on the size of the company we are managing. And we charge our clients on a monthly basis - recurring payments is the “easiest” way to build a company quickly!

I need to hire a Professional Graphic Designer. To start this position would be part-time. As we grow, you would be added as a full-time worker. Due to the fact you are already a part-time worker with the company, I reward those that commit themselves to the company early rather than someone *random!*

Requirements:
* Logo Design
* Design Social Media Posts
* Design Social Headers
* Tee Shirt Design
* Wallpaper Design
* Photo Modification - Make a photo custom by adding or removing features of the photo. I generally have had designers just totally modify a photo and I am happy to send an example if you desire!

I truly have no preference as to which software you use to complete these jobs. But please let me know which software you are most comfortable using while editing.
