Lead Generation / Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to help generate and qualify leads for BMW car sales. You’ll search online platforms, message potential buyers using a provided script, and track leads in our CRM. This is a remote, part-time position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Search platforms like Facebook, Craigslist, Instagram, Reddit, and car forums for individuals or businesses interested in buying BMWs

Reach out to potential leads using pre-written scripts

Identify car rental business owners or luxury buyers

Enter and track leads in our CRM (DriveCentric) or a Google Sheet

Schedule appointments or flag warm leads for follow-up

Requirements:

Strong English writing & communication skills

Experience with lead generation, outreach, or sales support

Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and Instagram

Organized, consistent, and self-motivated

Stable internet connection and ability to work independently

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience working with CRM systems

Automotive knowledge or interest in car sales

Past experience as a VA in sales or marketing roles

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start

Flexible schedule, but must provide daily updates

Pay: $4–$6 USD/hour depending on experience

Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or preferred method
