Website Developer & SEO Specialist

About Me:
Hi! I’m Tyler – a wellbeing advocate, author and founder of Tyler’s Trouvailles, a purpose-driven brand supporting children, teens and adults through storytelling, workshops, programs and ethical clothing. I’m currently developing two websites from scratch and need a reliable, forward-thinking partner to support ongoing development, SEO, optimisation and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Website Development & Support:
• Build and maintain two websites:
1. Tyler’s Trouvailles – a blog, book sales page and kids’ learning hub
2. Sustainable Apparel Store – e-commerce site (WooCommerce)
• Format and upload blog posts, educational content and products using pre-designed templates and Elementor Pro formats
• Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly and user-focused
• Troubleshoot and optimise site performance
• Set up and manage essential integrations and plug-ins

Compliance & Maintenance:
• Ensure GDPR compliance: cookie policies, privacy notices, terms & conditions
• Maintain website security and accessibility
• Monitor for broken links, spam, outdated content and site health

SEO & Analytics
• Implement on-page SEO: meta tags, alt text, headers, internal linking
• Monitor keyword performance using SEO tools
• Provide regular performance updates and improvement suggestions
• Track and report site traffic and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Daily Reporting
• A daily breakdown of tasks completed/deliverables is expected (based on our agreed schedule)


Ideal Experience:
• WordPress and WooCommerce
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with GDPR and website legal compliance
• Experience launching websites from scratch and keeping them optimised
• Detail-oriented, responsive and organised
