???? HIRING NOW: Onboarding VA / Client Success Manager / Executive Assistant

We’re an expanding marketing agency looking for a mission-critical virtual assistant who will take full ownership of our client onboarding process, manage success tasks, and serve as the sole point of contact for new clients. When onboarding is light, this person will also assist with executive-level VA tasks.

This role is foundational to our growth. You will be the frontline and only communicator our clients speak with during onboarding. If you disappear, delay, or make mistakes — we lose clients and revenue. You must treat this role like the business depends on you… because it does.

You are the face of the company to every new client.


You will own onboarding from start to finish.


You must be available, responsive, and fully reliable — always.


There is zero tolerance for going dark, missing deadlines, or slow follow-up.


If you ghost, we lose thousands. We won’t step in — it’s on you.


? Your core responsibilities:
Serve as the ONLY point of contact for new clients during onboarding


Set up GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, A2P messaging, & automations


Get CRM, Slack, and ad account access from clients


Launch Facebook/IG ad campaigns using pre-made copy & creatives


Use ChatGPT, Fiverr, and AI tools to source creatives & ad assets


Manage Zapier automations


Send daily client updates and confirmations — no client should ever feel ignored


Handle follow-ups, feedback, and execution — without needing us


???? Minimum Requirements:
Fluent English (written + spoken)


Prior experience with GoHighLevel OR can learn fast


Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager (basic setup)


Strong with tools like ChatGPT + Fiverr


Organized and obsessive about follow-through


Fast internet, reliable laptop (no exceptions)
