Social media manager

**Job Overview:**
We are hiring a Social Media Manager whose primary responsibility will be to reach out to other content creators via direct messages (DMs) on platform Twitter/X to propose Retweet or content-sharing exchanges. This role is highly repetitive and requires no specialized skills, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the social media field. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and comfortable with routine tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Send templated DMs to content creators to propose Retweet or content-sharing exchanges to expand our audience reach.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines for outreach messaging.
- Track and log outreach efforts in a spreadsheet or CRM tool to monitor responses and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate Retweet exchanges with creators who agree to collaborate.
- Monitor and report on the performance of shared content (e.g., likes, Retweets, engagement metrics).
- Maintain a consistent daily outreach volume to meet team goals (e.g., 250–1000 DMs per day).
- Perform other basic social media tasks as assigned, such as scheduling posts or responding to comments.

**Requirements:**
- No prior experience or specialized skills required; full training will be provided.
- Basic familiarity with social media platform (Twitter/X).
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and a high volume of outreach through DMs.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
- Strong organizational skills to track outreach efforts.
- Ability to follow instructions and use provided templates/scripts.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional and friendly DMs.

**Preferred (Not Required):**
- Basic understanding of audience growth strategies.
- Experience using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
