PART-TIME REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER – MID-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

We are a growing U.S.-based mid-term rental property management company seeking a dedicated Cold Caller to join our team long-term. Our mission is to help place leads from corporate housing and insurance relocation clients by finding suitable rental properties in their desired areas. You will be calling landlords and property management companies with properties we’ve identified on Zillow as potential fits, representing our company and clearly explaining what we do—matching qualified tenants with available homes for mid-term stays. You’ll be expected to confidently handle a variety of questions, objections, and directions the conversation may take. The main goal is to get the property owner or manager on board and willing to offer their home for our placements.

JOB DETAILS
- Position: Real Estate Cold Caller (Part-Time)
- Rate: $2/hour (with potential for more hours after a 6-month probationary period). You will get paid for only the hours you are actively calling or searching for properties. Performance-based salary increases will be considered.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. time zone)
- Type: Long-term role (no contract end date)

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years experience as a Real Estate Cold Caller (U.S. market experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken English – must understand and communicate fluently with Western English speakers
- Experience using Zillow to find appropriate rental properties
- Fast learner – ability to understand local markets quickly and adjust strategies accordingly
- Owns a reliable computer or laptop (2020 or newer)
- Stable internet connection – minimum 200 Mbps
- Able to follow general scripts while also being able to think quickly and critically in conversations with landlords/property management companies
- Have experience working with CRMs

TOOLS YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH
- Slack – for team communication
- Asana – for task and project management
- OpenPhone – for VoIP calls

BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in corporate housing or insurance relocation
- Ability to qualify leads and build rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong motivation, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
