JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

For our social enterprise (an e-commerce brand selling handmade rugs), we are looking for someone to become our financial manager.

The role will develop and grow over time, but responsibilities include:
- Creating weekly overviews of all orders that have come in
- Creating monthly financial reports of our business
- Communicating about shipments and status of orders with our logistics partner and with the teams in the 4 countries where are rugs are made
- Booking bulk shipments and return shipments
- Making a quarterly overview of European VAT that we need to pay
- Checking incoming invoices and preparing overviews of payments we need to make
- Doing the book keeping
- Etc.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is very precise and concise (important!)
- Has deep knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
- Is great with numbers and MS Excel
- Shares our passion for social enterprise and our products
- Has highly relevant work experience
- Can work independently and professionally
- Is a good communicator (mostly via e-mail)
- Is a nice person to work with! :)

You'll report directly to one of the co-founders.

Initially it will probably require around 20 hours per week (4 hours per working day).
