We’re a U.S.-based company that services and repairs fitness equipment. Our ideal customers are apartment complexes, and we already work with many of the top property management companies in the country.

Now we need a full-time Account Manager to help us grow within those existing relationships — reaching out to other properties under the same management company and offering our quarterly preventative maintenance services.

What You’ll Do:
- Call and email property managers at apartment communities managed by our current clients
- Introduce our services and schedule virtual walkthroughs or quote requests
- Use prewritten email templates and scripts — but tailor communication when needed
- Track outreach activity and appointments in Google Sheets or our CRM
- Follow up with leads until a decision is made

You’re a Fit If:
- You speak and write clear, professional English (this is a phone-heavy role)
- You’re comfortable making daily outbound calls to U.S.-based contacts
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented
- You can work full-time during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central)
- You’re friendly, persistent, and confident talking to decision-makers

Compensation:
- PHP 50,000–80,000/month, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses for booked appointments and new properties added
- Paid training + long-term opportunity with a growing U.S. company
