Influencer Marketing Assistant

Job Opening: Influencer Marketing Assistant (Freelance, Part-Time)
Location: Remote | Flexible, with some overlap in PST hours
Hours: ~20 hours/week | Potential to grow into full-time

I run my own influencer marketing consultancy and am looking for a part-time, freelance Influencer Marketing Assistant to help manage and scale client campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and excited about growing with a business over time.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with day-to-day campaign management and communication
Track creator timelines and help ensure deliverables stay on schedule
Handle influencer outreach and sourcing based on campaign needs
Manage email communication and admin tasks
Keep everything organized in Google Sheets, Asana, and other tools

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter who’s reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with project management tools like Google Sheets or Asana
Prior influencer or marketing experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided for the right person
Based anywhere, but with some daily availability to overlap with PST (US) time zone

Details:
Freelance, part-time (~20 hours/week)
Paid trial for the first month
Potential for long-term and full-time growth (6–12 months)
Fully remote with flexible hours
