[Full-Time] Fashion Designer (Tech Pack Specialist)

We’re looking for a fashion product designer who can turn idea sketches into production-ready tech packs — in particular bags, apparel, and accessories.

This role blends creativity + technical execution, with a strong focus on technical drawings.

About the Brands
Good Totes – Affordable, casual bags made for everyday use. We combine function and aesthetic across totes, slings, pouches, and more.

Girlfriend Material – Mid-range leather bag brand blending 90s nostalgia, femininity, and rebellion. Expanding soon into apparel and full collections.

Your Role
You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director in the design process — from sketch to sample — across bags, small accessories, and future apparel.

Key Responsibilities:
Sketch designs that match our brand identity (moodboards provided)
Create accurate tech packs for suppliers
Prepare technical drawings with measurements, materials, hardware callouts
Communicate clearly with our Sourcing Manager to refine samples and ensure accuracy
Support our marketing team with product names, features, and storytelling when needed

You’ll Need
2+ years of experience in fashion design or product development
Strong portfolio — tech packs, fashion flat sketches
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Understanding of materials, construction, and production processes
Strong communication (English)

Detail-oriented and organized
Independent, self-managing, but collaborative
Fast learner — willing to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
