DM Appointment Setter (Night Shift – Facebook + Instagram)

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to send personalized cold DMs and submit contact forms to generate appointments for our digital agency.

You’ll be using tools we already built (Google Sheets + AI prompts) to contact business owners, start real conversations, and book strategy calls.

You’ll receive full training and work directly with the founder. This is a long-term role with room to grow for the right person.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

-Research missing Instagram, Facebook, and website links

-Use our AI (ChatGPT) prompt to write highly personalized DMs

-Send DMs on Instagram and Facebook using your account

-Submit contact form messages when available

-Track outreach and update statuses in our Google Sheet

-Respond to positive replies and share booking links

-Book calls directly inside the DM if they’re interested

-Mark lead status as "Interested" to trigger our CRM automation

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
???? 9 AM – 1 PM U.S. Eastern Time (???? 9 PM – 1 AM Philippines Time)
? Must be available during this time block. No exceptions.

Requirements:
-Great written English (natural and casual tone is a must)

-Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Sheets

-Fast learner and detail-oriented

-Stable internet + backup plan

-Committed to following instructions exactly

-Bonus: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or cold outreach

Compensation:
-$50/week base pay (paid weekly)

-$4 per qualified strategy call booked (paid monthly)

-Performance-based raises are possible
