About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager who understands that strategy and execution go hand in hand. This is not just about posting content. It's about owning results. If you’re sharp, proactive, and serious about helping clients win, we want to hear from you.

You'll manage content and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, driving real outcomes—engagement, leads, and revenue.

This is a full-time, remote position with night shift hours (9PM – 6AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule strategic content across all major platforms

Track trends, analyze competitor content, and adapt quickly to what’s working

Manage daily community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions

Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to execute high-impact campaigns

Launch and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for clients

Qualifications

2+ years managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)

Proven results growing accounts and driving measurable
performance

Skilled with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Suite, and platform analytics

Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform trends

Familiar with project management tools (Notion.)

Highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Self-driven with a bias toward action and a commitment to excellence
