We're looking for an experienced Video Editor who’s not just great at cutting clips — but can craft compelling stories, handle feedback like a pro, and consistently produce custom, client-ready content across a variety of industries. You'll be working with a U.S.-based video production and marketing company, creating high-quality videos for clients in construction, real estate, local service businesses, and ad campaigns.

???? Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro

Design motion graphics in After Effects (Lower thirds, transitions, title sequences, animated text, etc.)

Apply professional color grading for web and social use

Edit social media content, testimonials, real estate walkthroughs, service ads, etc.

Use AI tools (Descript, Runway, Topaz, etc.) when appropriate to speed up workflow

Collaborate with our creative director and follow client brand guidelines

Deliver revisions quickly and professionally

Manage multiple projects and hit deadlines

? You Must Have

3–5+ years of professional video editing experience

A strong portfolio showing relevant work (construction, ads, real estate, testimonials, etc.)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects

Knowledge of color correction and color grading

Experience using or willingness to learn modern AI editing tools

Great English comprehension and communication

The ability to receive feedback, adapt, and improve continuously

A reliable computer setup and strong internet connection
