SEO COPYWRITER (Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO Copywriter to craft high-quality, optimized
content that boosts search visibility and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate
combines strong writing skills with a solid understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
? Write SEO-optimized content, including articles, blog posts, landing pages, and other
marketing materials.
? Use keyword sets provided by the analytics or SEO team to guide content creation.
? Edit and refine existing content to align with content plans and SEO best practices.
? Ensure all content adheres to E-E-A-T principles (Expertise, Experience,
Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
? Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure proper content formatting and
structure for web pages.

Qualifications
? Must be 21 to 35 years old
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating multiple platforms, tools, and digital
workflows
? Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SEO copywriter or in a similar content
creation role
? Excellent written English skills with a proven ability to produce engaging,
original content.
? Familiarity with SEO tools such as Key Collector, Serpstat, Ahrefs, or similar
platforms.
? Understanding of effective content structures for SEO and user experience.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.

Technical Requirements
? Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
? RAM: Minimum 16 GB
? Internet Speed: Stable connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed
? Devices:
o Desktop or laptop with a working webcam
o Reliable headset with clear microphone for communication
? Must be capable of running multiple browser tabs and tools smoothly without lag

Application Process & Compensation
Step 1: Initial Screening & Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief interview to assess communication
skills, tech readiness, and role suitability.
Step 2: Nesting Period (26 Working Days)
? Selected candidates will begin with a 26-working-day Nesting Period.
? Compensation during Nesting:
o Fixed Monthly Package: ?25,000 (based on 26 working days)
o Meal Allowance: ?120/day
? Note: No performance-based bonuses or commissions during this period..
Step 3: Probationary Period (6 Months)
? Candidates who successfully complete the Nesting Period will proceed to a 6-
month Probationary Period.

? Compensation during Nesting:
o Base Salary: PHP 27,000
o Meal Allowance: PHP 120/day
o Performance-Based Commissions available
