JOB OVERVIEW

• Meet regularly with franchisees to strategize territory-specific outreach and business development goals.
• Serve as a strategic partner, helping the franchisee maximize the impact of their local marketing efforts.
• Assist with preparation for meetings (e.g., presentation materials, value propositions, leave-behinds).
• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at referral organizations.
• Schedule qualified in-person appointments on behalf of franchisees (e.g., one-on-one meetings, in-services, presentations).
• Track and report outreach efforts using the CRM platform, including follow-ups and outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth research on each franchisee’s territory to identify potential referral partners by category (e.g., hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, community organizations).
• Maintain a categorized and up-to-date referral list tailored to each local market.
• Develop customized outreach strategies based on territory trends, competitor analysis, and franchisee strengths.
