My name is Abdullah Karatas. I run a fast-scaling e-commerce company (dropshipping) and am building a team of high-performers who value precision, reliability, and accountability.

We’re looking for a Backend Operations Manager who will be directly responsible for the smooth operation of our backend. This is not an assistant role – it's a leadership position that requires critical thinking, initiative, and daily execution at a high level.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Monitoring and verifying all order flows, from placement to fulfillment
Identifying and resolving fulfillment or supplier issues before they escalate
Ensuring logistics and tracking details are properly updated and communicated
Coordinating with customer support to keep operations aligned
Keeping internal dashboards accurate and actionable
Constantly reviewing and improving backend systems to avoid errors and delays

What We Expect From You:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, e-commerce, or supply chain
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
High attention to detail, with a “zero mistakes” mindset
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tools, and dashboards
Full-time availability and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Based in the Philippines or available to work PH daytime hours
