YouTube Video Editor - Iman Gadzhi or similar style

Looking for a video editor to handle one high-quality YouTube video per week for a day trading channel. Videos are usually 8–15 minutes long. The most important part is the first 30 seconds, the hook has to be sharp and attention-grabbing.

Raw clips will be provided. The goal is to create a clean, modern, fast-paced edit with good pacing, captions, music/sfx, and color correction. Style could be similar to fxalexg, The Trading Geek, Scarface Trades, or Iman Gadzhi.

Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred.

Right now it’s only long-form videos. In the future, short-form clip editing might be added, with higher pay to match.

Work anytime during the week, any hours, as long as one video is always ready before Friday 3 PM Finland time.

Starting pay is $300/month during the first 1–2 weeks to prove skill and quality. After that, it will be increased to $400/month.
