Your role will include:
• Creating and maintaining a content schedule (Reels, posts, Stories)
• Editing videos for social media platforms
• Conducting content research to stay updated on trends, features, and viral techniques
• Managing lead generation and follow-through to closing
• Driving engagement and growth across social platforms
• Developing brand strategy to grow a personal brand and coaching business
• Overseeing the customer journey—from initial interaction to program completion
• Designing and implementing systems and processes for the coaching program
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
