Job Requirements:
> Excellent knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling.
> Strong verbal, communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail.
> Quick learner, proactive, energetic, with positive outlook, problem solver without being prompted and asked, high efficiency, a continuous learner interested in growth, personal development with dreams and goals to achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
> Maintain the Google calendar of appointments and key deadlines, blocks of time, meetings, calls, etc.
> Data entry.
> Maintain and manage databases. (including Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
> Organize and prepare spreadsheets and other documents (MS Office), research phone #s and related information, background research.
> Social media marketing.
> Handling transactions from inception to completion.
