Phone Operator

Remote Operator

We’re looking for a Remote Phone Operator to join our virtual team! This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English. You’ll be responsible for answering incoming office calls, collecting and uploading health data, and coordinating with care teams.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Reliable internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps)
High level of professionalism and organization

Preferred but not required:
Remote experience in the healthcare field
Call center or care coordination background

Pay and Benefits:
Pay is $3.00/hour
120 hours of accrued PTO each year.
9 paid us holidays each year
