Senior Web Designer & Developer – Duda Platform

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer & Developer with deep expertise in CSS, responsive design, and custom widget development for the Duda platform. In this senior role, you will lead advanced web design initiatives and help shape how we build and evolve high-converting websites for our clients, who are primarily tour operators across North America.

This is a strategic, implementation-focused position for a seasoned professional who thrives on pushing design boundaries while maintaining scalability, speed, and SEO optimization. Your responsibilities will go far beyond templates. You will create custom experiences that are pixel-perfect, dynamic, and tailored to the nuanced needs of our clients.

Core Responsibilities
-Architect, design, and implement advanced Duda websites with custom code integrations
- Build and maintain custom widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Duda’s developer tools
- Translate high-fidelity designs (Figma) into dynamic, responsive, and elegant Duda layouts
- Implement dynamic collections, APIs, and third-party integrations with precision
- Oversee site performance optimizations including speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO
- Collaborate with project managers and tea ---------- mbers to lead large-scale projects from concept to launch
- Mentor junior designers and developers in best practices and platform capabilities
- Stay up to date with trends in design systems, UX/UI strategy, and no-code or low-code development

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience building websites on the Duda platform
- 6 months experience using Duda flex 2.0
- Strong CSS expertise including advanced selectors, animations, and layout systems
- Deep experience in widget development on Duda using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong portfolio of high-performing websites you have built and customized
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-device compatibility
- Familiarity with Figma for design implementation
- Comfortable working with dynamic content, collections, and structured data
- Experience with technical SEO, analytics tools, and performance optimization
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Experience
- Working knowledge of headless CMS and advanced front-end frameworks
- Experience leading or coaching others in Duda design practices
- Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) or A/B testing methodology
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms for web workflows

Position Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Location: Remote (must overlap with 9 AM to 5 PM ET or MT for tea ---------- etings)
- Pay: Starting at $9 per hour USD, with strong growth potential for high performers
