nstagram DM VA for Construction Company (English + Sales Friendly)

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive VA to manage direct messages (DMs), story replies, and comments across our social media accounts. Your goal is to turn social engagement into warm leads and keep the CRM organized.

Responsibilities:

Engage with all IG story viewers, post likers, and commenters

Send intro D ---------- ssages to new followers

Respond to inbound DMs with pre-written scripts

Tag and organize leads inside GoHighLevel (training provided)

Track and log daily activity in Google Sheets

Hand off hot leads to Gilbert for closing

Monitor and respond to TikTok/FB DMs if applicable

Qualifications:

Strong written English

Familiar with Instagra ---------- ssaging and outreach

Comfortable with communication and follow-up

Can work during U.S. business hours (flexible)

Coachable and proactive
