Customer Service Reps and VA

I am looking for an excellent English speaking customer service rep to make outbound calls for a cleaning, real estate and trucking company.
The Canidate will need to submit a video of them speaking/reading

- Social media and content creation manager
- Create email new letters and setup to send out to contacts
- High understanding of marketing
