Top Spot Academy is a fast-growing IELTS coaching brand helping students across the Middle East. We create high-impact YouTube content, short-form Reels, and host live motivational webinars. We’re now hiring a dedicated video editor + content publisher to help us stay visible, grow fast, and serve even more students.

What You’ll Do:


Long-Form YouTube Videos:

Fix eye contact using ----------
Trim mistakes, stumbles, and pauses (videos 8–12 mins)
Add subtitles (YouTube + Grammarly method)
Export in horizontal format for upload

Short-Form Videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks):

Fix eye contact
Add captions using OpusClip
Add B-roll, music, and sound effects
Export in vertical format (1080x1920)

Thumbnail Design:

Create thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
Match and elevate the existing brand style

Upload & Publish Content:

Upload to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Write captions and descriptions using ChatGPT
Schedule or publish content as instructed

Announce New Videos:

Instagram Broadcast Channel
WhatsApp Broadcast Channel

Email list
Instagram Stories
YouTube Community Posts

Requirements:

This must be your only job – we need full focus during paid hours
Experience with Premiere Pro (or similar) and Canva/Photoshop
Own a powerful computer + high-speed internet (non-negotiable)
Must be responsive during Dubai working hours (GMT+4)
Clear and confident English
Strong grasp of short-form video trends
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow long-term
Must not multitask with other jobs during paid work time


Working Hours:

Flexible schedule—as long as agreed-upon daily tasks are completed
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Weekends off (Saturday + Sunday)
Must be responsive during Dubai daytime hours
We’ll agree on a set number of long- and short-form videos to be completed daily.


Salary & Payment:

Starting Salary: $400/month (Full-Time)
Paid weekly in the first month to reduce stress and build trust
Paid via PayPal or any other means
Time tracking software will be used
Raises and bonuses available based on reliability, performance, and growth

Hiring Process & Trial Info:

You’ll first have a friendly Zoom interview with me to get to know each other
The role starts with a 3-month trial period to assess consistency and quality
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short 3-minute trial edit using raw footage
