JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel Specialist – Part-Time (20 hrs/week) – \$400/month

About OWNR OPS:
OWNR OPS is a coaching platform and systems hub for local service business owners looking to grow from \$100K to \$1M+. We provide proven tools, marketing automations, and system templates built in GoHighLevel to help them scale without getting buried in tech.

We’re now hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage our agency account, support our Pro members, and ensure our systems are clean, fast, and functional.

Compensation & Schedule:

* Pay: $400/month
* Hours: 20 hrs/week (Part-time)
* Availability: Must be available 8 AM – 5 PM MST, Monday–Friday
* Location: Remote (preferably Philippines-based)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Phase 1: Initial Setup Tasks

* Set up our OWNR OPS agency and sub-account infrastructure inside GoHighLevel
* Import and verify snapshots, landing pages, workflows, and automations from past GHL accounts
* Rebuild specific email/text automation funnels:

* Opt-in ? Call booking flow
* Weekly newsletter delivery system
* Ensure complete setup of:

* Email deliverability settings (DNS, SPF, DKIM, etc.)
* Text messaging system with GHL phone numbers
* Domain setup for newsletter/podcast email campaigns
* Social media account linking + auto-post scheduling
* Duplicate our exact newsletter automation (podcast > email > Saturday delivery)

**Ongoing Weekly Responsibilities**

* Onboard new users into OWNR OPS sub-accounts:

* Import snapshots
* Apply branding
* Connect domains, email, and text services
* Support members via Slack and occasional phone calls
* Troubleshoot deliverability issues, broken automations, and misfiring workflows
* Build new custom workflows when needed (email + SMS + funnel)
* Ensure GHL sub-accounts are always fully operational and optimized

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:**

**Tech Expertise**

* 2+ years experience in GoHighLevel (must know agency + sub-account setup)
* Expert-level skills with:

* Email and text automations
* Snapshot importing & editing
* DNS and domain management (especially for email delivery)
* Workflow building
* GHL funnel/page builder
* Social account integration

**Communication Skills**

* Patience and clarity when helping non-tech-savvy users
* Clear, responsive communication in English
* Fast support via Slack during MST hours

**Bonus Skills (Not Required):**

* Familiarity with the service business space (contractors, local operators)
* Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Descript
* Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier
