Role Overview
As our Asana Master, you will own our Asana project management system end-to-end. This means not just task creation and management—but strategic setup, process automation, and enabling cross-functional efficiency across teams focused on eCommerce and digital marketing performance. You'll collaborate closely with analytics, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure projects are aligned, timelines are realistic, and resources are allocated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Asana Administration & Automation
Design, implement, and optimize project templates, workflows, and task structures in Asana.
Build advanced automations using rules, custom fields, dependencies, and third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier).
Manage workspace permissions, portfolios, goals, and reporting dashboards.

Project & Workflow Design
Translate high-level marketing and analytics projects into scalable, repeatable task frameworks.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) inside Asana for marketing launches, A/B testing, analytics reporting, and client onboarding.

Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the primary point of contact between the operations, analytics, and marketing teams for Asana workflows.
Ensure all stakeholders follow project protocols and receive timely updates.

Performance & Reporting
Create and maintain project dashboards to monitor progress, deadlines, and team utilization.
Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or process improvements to reduce delays and manual tasks.

Requirements
Must-Have Experience:
Proven mastery of Asana as a project management platform with automation use cases.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or analytics agency environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems, including campaign planning, email/SMS flows, and digital launch timelines.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of analytics workflows (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, CRO test calendars, etc.).
Experience coordinating with analytics teams or managing technical marketing projects.
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Notion.
