We’re looking for that someone who knows the “magic formula” of YouTube SEO, not just theory, but proven strategies that drive organic reach, increase watch time, improve CTR, and attract the right audience. If you’re someone who understands the YouTube algorithm, audience behavior, and keyword strategy inside and out, we want you on our team, not just as a consultant/VA, but as a true tea ---------- mber!


What You'll Be Responsible For:

Conducting in depth channel and content audits to assess current performance

Creating a data backed YouTube SEO strategy tailored to our niche and goals

Optimizing video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, playlists, and chapters for maximum visibility

Developing keyword driven content ideas and advising on upload schedules and formats that boost engagement

Monitoring YouTube Analytics and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention, impressions)

Collaborating with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into the creative process

Providing monthly reports and clear, honest communication on progress, wins, and opportunities

Making proactive suggestions, whether it’s series ideas, community-building tactics, or trend-based video suggestions



Who You Are:

A YouTube SEO expert with a proven track record of growing channels organically

Deeply familiar with YouTube’s ever-evolving algorithm, ranking signals, and growth mechanics

Analytical yet creative, someone who can read the numbers and also think outside the data

An excellent communicator who values transparency, collaboration, and feedback

Passionate about fitness, health, or wellness content (preferred but not required)

Self-driven and excited to be part of a mission oriented team

Compensation & Incentives
We understand the value of great talent, especially when it comes to mastering something as complex and dynamic as YouTube SEO. For the right person, this is not just a gig, it’s a chance to become a valued part of our team!

Base Pay
$8 USD per hour

Estimated 3–4 hours per week

Paid weekly or bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise, or preferred method

Performance Bonuses
To reward results and growth, we offer milestone-based bonuses:

$50 bonus for every 10,000 new subscribers (after an initial growth benchmark is established)

$25 bonus for increasing average CTR by 1% or more over a 30-day period

$25 bonus for boosting average view duration beyond previous benchmarks
