Hiring: Appointment Setter


We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our Real Estate Backend Team full-time!
As an Appointment Setter, your role is crucial in supporting our sales pipeline by:
Qualifying inbound leads (fresh new leads coming from our marketing campaigns and property advertisements - your job is to qualify them and secure appointments for our sales team to follow up).
Reconnecting with frozen leads (older leads who previously enquired but did not proceed - your job is to rekindle their interest and re-engage them into fresh conversations and appointments).
Your role involves ensuring accurate reporting in our CRM, identifying potential issues in the sales process, and communicating these to the team leader.
Your primary goal is to meet sales targets by setting up appointments that drive revenue, contributing to the overall success of the business.

A Short Introduction About Me

Hi, I’m Terence - a Singapore-based real estate leader with over 15 years of experience in the property market. Today, I lead a growing team of over 30 real estate professionals, Terence Lee District, helping families and investors make confident property decisions through proper planning, research, and advisory.

As our business continues to expand, I’m building a dedicated backend support team to strengthen our operations and allow our sales team to serve our clients even better. If you’re serious about growth, enjoy contributing to something meaningful, and want to be part of a strong and committed team, I look forward to having you onboard.


HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU

Although you'll be working remotely ~90% of the time, there might be chances that we will need you to come to Singapore or Malaysia for our client events. So be prepared to hop on the plane. And if that happens, air ticket and accommodation is paid for.

You’ll be working very closely with the myself & entire team, and we also want someone who has ideas too, not just someone who follows instructions blindly and has no initiative or ideas to do things better.

We believe in discussion. So if you have better ways to do certain things, propose them to us as we believe in creating long-term partnerships.

We believe in work-life balance, though growing business is important. Life is short, we still need to have time for family and friends.

While for a start, you have to be someone who handles many different tasks on your plate, but as we grow, you will also need to be someone who is okay to lead others in future as we will hire more people to take care of the smaller stuff while we will grow the businesses together.

Our idea is to build a small team now and in future, to duplicate such teams to grow TerenceLeeDistrict, PropNex so you will be the “leader” to train more of “YOU” in the future teams.

And when that happens, you might also need to train more people to handle our stuff.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact inbound leads via WhatsApp, Messenger, or phone
Qualify leads based on our internal qualifying framework
Ask the right questions to determine their property needs and readiness
Schedule appointments for our property consultants
Reconnect with older frozen leads to reignite interest
Maintain accurate CRM records of all conversations and appointment status
Submit regular reports to the appointment setter team leader
Meet or exceed weekly appointment setting targets
Provide feedback on lead quality and sales objections to improve our marketing efforts
Participate actively in regular coaching and sales trainings



REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Experience in real estate or appointment setting is a huge advantage
Regular reports on leads and set appointments are submitted to the appointment setter team leader.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly through text-based communication.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with managing a high volume of WhatsApp conversations daily.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
