Virtual Sales & Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Virtual Sales & Marketing Assistant to help amplify our brand, boost visibility, and support the sales funnel through thoughtful, well-executed content and communications. This role combines content creation, light marketing strategy, and administrative support. You'll help maintain our presence across social platforms, our website, and client-facing channels.
This is a remote role, ideal for a highly organized self-starter with excellent writing skills, a sharp visual sense, and a feel for luxury, architecture, or tech branding.

** Key Responsibilities **
* Content & Social Media
Create and schedule weekly posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Maintain a consistent voice and visual style aligned with SSG’s brand
Research trends and hashtags relevant to smart-home, architecture, and design

* Writing & Editorial
Write bi-weekly blog posts and ad-hoc marketing content
Update and backfill website content, including service descriptions and case studies
Write project spotlights that showcase completed work and customer success

* Creative Direction Support
Plan and scope video and photo shoots (develop briefs, shot lists, and storyboards for others to execute)
Assist in collecting and organizing visual assets from teams and partners

* PR, Ads & Brand Promotion
Draft content for newsletters, press releases, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate small-scale ad campaigns (social or digital), as needed
Identify PR or partnership opportunities aligned with brand strategy

* What You Bring
Required:
Strong English speaking, writing, and editing skills
Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of SEO, blog structure, and website content
Eye for aesthetics and brand voice
Reliable internet, good time management, and proactive communication

Preferred:
Experience supporting U.S.-based brands, especially in architecture, tech, or design
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Buffer/Later, Notion, or similar tools
Experience in light PR or digital advertising a plus
